The work behind your business, run on automation

You build the business. We run everything
behind it.

Outsourced bookkeeping, payroll, dedicated staff, automation and compliance, run as one system by one accountable team in your time zone.

Watch the film1 min

Five years running bookkeeping, payroll and the month end close for other people's companies.

One team accountable for all of it, not four suppliers and nobody owning the gaps. Teams in auto, construction, manufacturing and healthcare.

One team accountable for all of it.

Most firms sell you one slice. A bookkeeper who doesn't touch your process. An agency that automates a workflow nobody owns. A staffing firm that hands you a person and leaves you to manage them.

We run all four. Which means we can tell you that the answer is a fixed process rather than another hire, and then actually do both. The parts only work together when the same team is accountable for all of them.

The four pillars are how we organize the work, not a bundle you have to buy whole. Most clients start with one.

Start wherever it hurts most.

Each pillar is its own hub. Nobody needs all four on day one, and most clients start with one.

Explore Compliance

One invoice, start to finish.

The machine does the volume. A person approves before anything is booked.

01

An invoice arrives

By email, by portal, or from a supplier who still posts it. It lands in one place rather than four inboxes.

02

The machine matches it

Against the purchase order and the receipt, at whatever volume the month brings, without anyone keying it twice.

03

Exceptions get flagged

The ones that don't match come out of the flow and go to a person. Nothing quietly passes because it looked close enough.

04

A person posts it

Someone accountable releases it. The machine did the volume; the judgment stayed human.

Who we run it for

Founders and owners

One accountable team

Dedicated people who work as an extension of your business, sourced, trained and managed by us, accountable to you.

The cause first

We find what is actually going wrong behind your business, design the process around it, write it down, and then run it.

Auto dealers

Payments posted wrong turn good accounts bad

When a payment lands on fees before principal, or on the wrong bucket entirely, a customer who paid on time shows up delinquent. Late fees get charged that shouldn't be, and the account starts down a path nobody intended. Federal examiners have flagged exactly this pattern across auto servicing.

Dealers who finance their own customers

Collections, compliance, and the admin behind dealers who finance or lease in house.

Construction

Job costs that do not tie back to the books

Costs get coded to the wrong job or dropped into overhead, so the job cost report looks clean and is quietly wrong. Every bid built on those numbers inherits the error.

What we run

Job costed books, progress billing, and trades payroll, run so the office stops slowing the work.

Manufacturing

The office competes with the floor

Quoting, purchasing, and invoicing land on the same people running the machines, so one always waits on the other. Whichever loses that week is the one that costs you later.

What we run

Quote to cash, purchasing, and books run for shops, so the floor stays on the floor.

Healthcare

One resignation stops the claims

The person who verifies benefits, files, posts and follows up is usually one person. When they give notice, claims stop going out within days, the aging report climbs, and the rest of the team covers work they don't fully understand.

What we run

Eligibility, authorizations, claims, patient billing and credentialing, run remotely under a signed business associate agreement. Your front desk stays yours.

Not seeing yours?

It all sits with one person

One person knows how billing works, how payroll gets run, and which supplier needs chasing. Nothing is written down, and the business quietly depends on them not leaving or getting ill.

Every other industry

Your industry isn't on the list. The same things still break, and we still run them.

What people ask first

What do you actually run?

Bookkeeping and the month end close, payroll, dedicated remote staff, the automation that does the volume, and the compliance calendar, so filings land before the deadline. One team is accountable for all of it, and most clients start with one piece. See the four pillars.

Which software do you work in?

Yours. We work inside the systems you already run, most often QuickBooks Online, Xero, Gusto, ADP, BILL and Microsoft 365, plus industry systems such as Dealertrack, Procore, Epicor and athenahealth. Where we don't know a system yet, we say so rather than claim it.

What does it cost?

There is no price list, because the same job is a week in one business and a month in another. A short call is enough to scope it, and the quote is for the work you actually have. How engagements are priced.

How fast can you start?

Access is set up on day one, and you have a one page baseline of where things stand by the end of the first week. From there we take the one thing costing you the most. The whole first month is laid out below.

Where is the team?

Our people come from a global talent pool and work live with you, in your business hours. You have one named account manager, and every seat has a backup who already knows your account.

Your first 30 days.

What happens after the call, before anything big changes.

  1. Day 1

Access, one system at a time

The agreement is signed and access is set up per system, read only wherever that is enough.

  2. Week 1

    A one page baseline

We sit with the work as it actually happens and hand you one page on where things really stand.

  3. Weeks 2 to 4

    We take the first piece

The thing costing you the most, run by us, with the procedure for each task written down as we go so it stops living in one person's head.

  4. Day 30

    You decide what comes next

The baseline next to where you are now. What we take next is your call, and there is no penalty for stopping there.

Get your desk back.

A short call is the easiest next step. No pitch, just whether we're a fit for the work behind your business.
