Dedicated remote staff
A dedicated professional who works only on your business, sourced, trained, and managed by us. You get the capacity of an in house hire without the recruiting, the managing, or the drop off when someone is out or moves on.
The difference
You never feel it when someone is out, leaves, or gets swapped. We document the role from day one and keep a backup in the loop, so continuity is our job, not yours.

How we handle your data
-
Your systems stay yours.
The work happens in your own accounts, on your own subscriptions, under your ownership. Nothing leaves the systems you have given us access to.
-
Access is requested, never assumed.
Read only wherever the work allows it, asked for per system rather than granted in bulk, and named per person. Credentials are never shared, and your records never sit on personal devices.
-
Preparing stays separate from approving.
A second person reviews before anything is filed or closed. On payables we prepare the run and you're the one who releases it.
Who it’s for
Founders and owner operators who need real capacity in the back office, or in marketing, support, HR, or admin, almost any role you can run remotely, but don't want to recruit, train, manage, or be left exposed when a hire walks out.
How we help
- 01 We map the role to the work you actually need done, full time or part time, across almost any function you can run remotely: bookkeeping, admin, customer service, collections, data entry, marketing, HR, and more.
- 02 We source from a global talent pool and vet hard. Our HR screens every application, runs a practical skills test, and puts candidates through a screening call plus technical and management rounds. You take the final interview and pick your person.
- 03 We systemize the role from day one, documenting how the work is done so it's repeatable and easy to hand over, never locked in one person's head.
- 04 We assign you an account manager who knows the work and keep a backup resource in the loop, so an absence or a resignation never lands on you.
- 05 We manage the person day to day, training, quality, and reporting, so you stay accountable for outcomes without managing a hire.
What you get
- A dedicated team member working as an extension of your business, in your hours.
- The role documented and systemized, so the know how stays with you, not just the person.
- An account manager and a backup, so you never feel it when someone is out or moves on.
- A free replacement if someone isn't the right fit, with no change to your billing.
- The capacity of an in house hire without the recruiting, management, or overhead.
What owners ask about dedicated remote staff
What roles can you fill?
Almost anything you can run remotely: back office and finance, admin, customer service, collections, marketing, HR, and more. If the work can be done from a laptop, we can usually staff it. Where you would rather own the hire yourself, recruiting and onboarding is the same process without us employing the person. Where you need a whole function rather than one role, that's a managed operations team.
Where are your people based?
We hire from a global talent pool and match the person to your role, working in your hours. You get the skill you need without paying for a local hire.
Is it the same person every day, and who manages them?
Yes, a dedicated person who learns your business. We manage them day to day through an account manager, so you stay accountable for outcomes without managing the hire yourself.
What happens when they are out or leave?
You shouldn't feel it. Because the role is documented and a backup is already in the loop, we cover absences and handle the knowledge transfer ourselves. If someone moves on, we aim to have the replacement ready before you notice a gap.
What if the person is not the right fit?
We replace them at no change to your billing, unless the requirement itself has changed. The goal is to make the switch before you feel it.
How fast can someone start?
Usually within about two weeks. More specialized roles can take up to 30 days. We give you a realistic start date once we understand what you need.

- What to hand over first Most owners hand over the task they hate most. That is rarely the one that should go first, and picking wrong is why delegation often fails on the first try.
- When the person who knows leaves Every small operation has one person who knows how something really works. The risk is not that they leave. It is that nothing was written down while they were there.
