Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to read this site, use it with whatever tools they rely on, and reach us without friction. This page says what we do, where the rough edges are, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.
The standard we work to
We build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. We treat that as a working target we test against, not a certificate we have been issued. When we find a gap, we fix it.
What we do
- Pages use semantic HTML: real headings in order, landmarks for navigation, main content, and footer.
- Everything works from a keyboard. A skip link jumps past the navigation on every page, and focus stays visible.
- Icon-only links carry text labels for screen readers.
- Animation respects your settings. If your device asks for reduced motion, the site's scroll animations step aside and the content simply appears.
- Nothing on the site plays sound, and no content is carried only by motion, color, or images.
- Text and interface colors are chosen for contrast, and text resizes without breaking the layout.
- The site works without JavaScript: content is never trapped behind a script that failed to load.
Known limitations
Some sections of the home page use scroll-driven animation. The animation is presentation, not content: the same information is in the page's text, and turning on reduced motion removes the choreography entirely. If you find a place where that is not true, that is a bug, and we would like to hear about it.
Third-party tools we embed, such as the booking scheduler, control their own interfaces. We pick providers with accessible defaults, but their pages are theirs. The contact form on this site is always available as an alternative.
Tell us what we missed
If any part of this site is hard to use with your setup, email hello@pptcgroup.com and describe what happened and what you were using. A real person reads it, and fixes go into the next deploy, not a backlog.
